Elementary Software takes your privacy seriously. In most cases we do not store or collect personal information. The only instances where Elementary Software recieves personal information is if a desktop application is purchased using PayPal, in which case PayPal provides us with contact information, or if we recieve personal information by direct email or through a support interface.

None of our mobile apps transmit personal information. And, with the exception of custom applications that are not available on our storefront, none of our desktop applications transmit personal information, either.

Unless compelled by law, Elementary Software will not share personal information with third parties.
